Brought a 1993 Chevy G20 Conversion Van in that had been in my family for over 25 years. I'm a do it yourself guy but when the van failed inspection for major frame rot and rust I got in contact with the shop. Was able to schedule an appointment for the repairs and within a few days had my van back and passed inspection at our usual garage. Couldn't ask for more van made it down to Florida.

Rich, who owns Lehigh Valley Auto and Rust Repair, is one of the best Auto and Rust repair shops in the Lehigh valley hands down! I have taken my vehicle to him several times and was never disappointed! The work that is done on vehicles is top-notch! I've never regretted taking my vehicle to him. Rich is also very fair to his customers and he is extremely trustworthy when it comes to leaving your vehicle with him. He is also a very nice guy and super easy to work with. I would recommend him to anybody. If you're looking for a place to have your vehicle repaired the only place to go is Lehigh Auto and Rust Repair!

Lehigh Valley Rust Repair did a great job on my 2009 F150. This is the second time I have used them and another job well done. I needed frame repair and the job(s) were quoted (and stuck to) and the repair was done in a timely matter. Actually Rich was able to get me in earlier than expected which was great! One of the only places in the entire valley that does this kind of work. Gave me a quote over the phone without inspection then honored it after inspecting. Used chemical bonding to apply a treated 18 GA plate to cover a 16×20 in hole in the bottom of my car for $650.
This is a man in business for himself and his customers and he is honest and does good work and provides a valuable service that is sorely missing in this area. Could not recommend him enough.

I was told by another body shop about this fellow who does rust repair on vehicles because thy could not do it. his name is Rich and he has a shop in catasauqua on race st. Rich looked at my van gave me a price and stuck to it after doing all sorts of extra work. van looks great and Rich was a pleasure to meet and know. So normally I don't put in reviews, but in this case I thought it would be good to help spread the word. I met Rich from LVAR about a month ago, as he was highly recommended to do frame work/repair. Took my f150 in for an estimate and received a fair and honest quote for said repair. This guy does fantastic work! He's the real deal! And he looks out for the client's best interest. I was 100% satisfied with the work that he did on my "New” f150.

After my 2004 Chevy Colorado failed inspection due to the frame rusting out, I called 4 Auto Body shops. No one would take on that type of repair. A coworker of mine recommended these guys and I’m glad he did. Richie was pleasant and helpful right from the start. Even though it got involved, (he had to fabricate a section of the frame himself when he couldn’t find a replacement), he always kept me updated on the progress. He also kept to the original estimate even though he went above and beyond.

Lehigh Valley Auto Rust Repair did an amazing job repairing my 2011 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Job was fairly quoted and performed on time as promised. Work included patching the floor and replacing the passenger side rear wheelhouse. Rich and his team got to work right away and got me back on the road. This is the second Sprinter I entrusted to Rich and his team. I recommend them highly!

I had another repair facility tell me my truck was unfixable, and a few other just tell me they didn't want to do it. What did Rich say? Not a problem! He explained everything in detail, had a few holdups with parts (it happens, not Rich's fault), and he communicated with me throughout the entire process. Price was great as well. Would give 10 stars if I could. For reference, it's a 2013 Silverado that needed frame repair. Thought I would need a new truck, so thanks again for saving it for me Rich!

I had some holes in my frame back by my tow receiver. I could not tow anything heavy the way it was. I brought it into Rich for an estimate and after speaking with him was confident he could repair it. Rich did an awesome job! My frame is practically bullet proof now. If you are in need of repairs like mine or any frame work this is your guy! For the amount of work that was done it was very reasonable priced.

I discovered the business by chance searching for someone who could repair the rust on my vehicle. I called and was able to talk to Rich who was available to have my car looked at right away. He was knowledgeable and a true pro, he gave me a fair estimate and was able to schedule the repair in a reasonable amount of time. Rich came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I have high expectations which means I am often disappointed but Rich worked with me to insure we agreed on scope, price and schedule and he knocked it out of the park. Extra work did arise during the project and he treated me fairly and did not hesitate to keep the project moving. Rich is a masterful detailer and a very capable mechanic although body work is his passion. I would recommend Rich without hesitation.
