Above is a Mercedes T1N Sprinter Van in our client's service fleet. This client requested us to replace the floorpan to OEM factory specs to maintain the T1N Sprinter beauty. Our crew spent 80 hours removing the rust & rusty floor pan, prepping the surface, & installing the new factory floor pan. The side panels were also custom cut to fit perfectly.

ROCKER RUST REPAIR

Below is a 2003 Dodge Caravan that needed Rocker Rust Repair and Pinch Welds to pass PA State Inspection. Both sides were rust rotted out including the pinch welds and inner floor structures. New OEM rocker panels were primed, painted, raptor lined, and seam sealed. The panels were replaced to OEM specifications.
